Bollywood's most talked-about chat show is back one last time. Koffee With Karan Season 9 premiered on 14 October 2026, and Salman Khan was the first guest on the couch.

    The final season

In September, Karan Johar announced that Season 9 would be the show's last, sharing the message "Brewing our final Koffee". The show has run since 2004 and is famous for celebrity confessions, the rapid-fire round and the much-loved Koffee hamper.

    Salman Khan's episode

    • Salman teased Karan for persuading stars to appear by claiming every season would be the last.
    • He joked that after the show ends, there could be a spin-off called "Koffee With Salman".
    • The two old friends shared plenty of banter. Salman signed off with "Tussi Na Jao", a nod to Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), the film in which Karan made his directing debut and Salman had a special role.

    Where and when to watch

    • Platform: JioHotstar, which also streams all earlier seasons.
    • Time: new episodes stream from 7 pm on release day.
    • The full guest list for the season has not been announced. As always, the guest pairings are part of the fun.

    Why fans will miss it

Over two decades, Koffee With Karan has produced some of Bollywood's most quoted moments, viral clips and the odd controversy. With the final season under way, fans will be watching to see which stars Karan brings back for one last cup.
