CVS Health Plans to Split in Two, Separating Its Pharmacies From Aetna and Caremark
CVS Health plans to break up its roughly $117 billion business into two listed companies: one keeping Aetna, Caremark and its care units under the CVS Health name, and a new CVS Pharmacy with its drugstores, mail order and MinuteClinic, the Wall Street Journal reported.
