EU Opens Investigation Into Booking.com Over Fake Listings and Phishing Scams
The European Commission has opened a formal Digital Services Act investigation into whether Booking.com does enough to stop fake listings and phishing scams, and whether it clearly labels paid "boosted" listings as advertising.
