Israel Election: Netanyahu Bloc Loses Majority at 53 Seats as Absentee Count Begins
With about 90% counted, Netanyahu's bloc has 53 seats, short of 61. The opposition holds 67, but 19 belong to Arab-led parties most of it won't govern with. Absentee votes are still being counted.
